Hydraulic fluid power - Dimensions and requirements of quick-action couplings
This International Standard specifies the interface dimensions and basic performance requirements
for two series of hydraulic quick-action couplings. Both series are in widespread use and have similar
technological advantages. Series A is used predominantly in Europe and is preferred worldwide
for agricultural and forestry machinery, and this International Standard also specifies additional
requirements for Series A for use in agricultural machinery applications covered in ISO 5675. Series B is
used predominantly in North America and in the chemical industry.

L'ISO 7241 :2014 sp�cifie les dimensions de raccordement et les exigences de performance de base de deux s�ries de raccords rapides hydraulique. Ces deux s�ries sont d'un usage courant et pr�sentent des avantages technologiques similaires. La s�rie A est utilis�e principalement en Europe et est pr�f�rentielle dans le monde entier pour les machines agricoles et foresti�res, et l'ISO 7241 :2014 sp�cifie �galement des exigences suppl�mentaires pour la s�rie A lorsqu'elle est utilis�e dans des machines agricoles couvertes par l'ISO 5675. La s�rie B est utilis�e principalement en Am�rique du Nord et dans l'industrie chimique.

Ta mednarodni standard določa mere in osnovne zahteve glede zmogljivosti za vmesnike dveh serij hidravličnih hitrih cevnih spojk. Obe seriji sta zelo razširjeni in imata podobne tehnološke prednosti. Serija A se uporablja predvsem v Evropi in je po vsem svetu bolj razširjena pri kmetijskih in gozdarskih strojih. Ta mednarodni standard določa tudi dodatne zahteve za serijo A za uporabe pri kmetijskih strojih, ki so določene v standardu ISO 5675. Serija B
se uporablja predvsem v Severni Ameriki in kemični industriji.
