Plastics piping systems for non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage - Unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) - Part 1: Specifications for pipes, fittings and the system

This document specifies the requirements for solid wall pipes with smooth internal and external surfaces, extruded from the same formulation throughout the wall, fittings and the system of unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC U) piping systems in the field of non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage:
- buried in ground outside the building structure (application area code "U"), and
- both buried in ground, within the building structure and outside the building (application area code "UD").
NOTE 1   The intended use is reflected in the marking of products by "U" or "UD".
It also specifies the test parameters for the test methods referred to in this document.
NOTE 2   Multilayer pipes with different formulations throughout the wall and foamed core pipes are covered by EN 13476-2 [1].
This document covers a range of nominal sizes, a range of pipes and fittings series and a range of stiffness classes and gives recommendations concerning colours.
NOTE 3   It is the responsibility of the purchaser or specifier to make the appropriate selection from these aspects, taking into account their particular requirements and any relevant national regulations and installation practices or codes.
It is applicable to PVC U pipes and fittings, their joints and to joints with components of other plastics and non-plastics materials intended to be used for buried piping systems for non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage.
NOTE 4   Pipes, fittings and other components conforming to any of the plastics product standards listed in Annex C can be used with pipes and fittings conforming to this document, provided they conform to the requirements for joint dimensions given in Clause 7 and to the requirements of Table 16.

Kunststoff-Rohrleitungssysteme für erdverlegte drucklose Abwasserkanäle und -leitungen - Weichmacherfreies Polyvinylchlorid (PVC-U) - Teil 1: Anforderungen an Rohre, Formstücke und das Rohrleitungssystem

Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen an Vollwand Rohre mit glatter Innen  und Außenfläche, die über die gesamte Wanddicke die gleiche Zusammensetzung aufweisen, Formstücke und das Rohrleitungssystem aus weichmacherfreiem Polyvinylchlorid (PVC U) für Abwasserkanäle und  leitungen fest, die in erdverlegten Schwerkraftentwässerungssystemen
—   außerhalb der Gebäudestruktur (Anwendungskennzeichen „U“); und
—   innerhalb und außerhalb der Gebäudestruktur (Anwendungskennzeichen „UD“) erdverlegt eingesetzt werden.
ANMERKUNG 1   Die Kennzeichnung der Produkte mit „U“ oder „UD“ gibt die vorgesehene Anwendung an.
In diesem Teil sind auch die Prüfparameter für die Prüfverfahren festgelegt, auf die in diesem Dokument verwiesen wird.
ANMERKUNG 2   Rohre mit unterschiedlichen Zusammensetzungen innerhalb der Wanddicke und Schaumkern Rohre werden von EN 13476 2 [1] abgedeckt.
Dieses Dokument enthält Festlegungen für Nennweiten, Rohrreihen für Rohre und Formstücke und eine Reihe von Steifigkeitsklassen und gibt Empfehlungen für die Auswahl der Einfärbung von Rohrleitungsteilen.
ANMERKUNG 3   Der Anwender bzw. Auftraggeber ist unter Berücksichtigung der eigenen Anforderungen sowie der geltenden nationalen Festlegungen und Verlegepraktiken für die entsprechende Auswahl dieser Kriterien verantwortlich.
Dieser Teil gilt für Rohre und Formstücke aus PVC U, ihre Verbindungen untereinander sowie mit Rohrleitungsteilen aus anderen Kunststoffen oder Rohrwerkstoffen, die für erdverlegte drucklose Abwasserkanäle und  leitungen vorgesehen sind.
ANMERKUNG 4   Rohre, Formstücke oder andere Rohrleitungsteile, die einer der in Anhang C aufgeführten Anwendungsnormen entsprechen, können mit Rohren und Formstücken nach diesem Dokument verwendet werden, sofern sie die Anforderungen an die Maße der Verbindungen nach Abschnitt 7 sowie die Anforderungen nach Tabelle 16 erfüllen.

Systèmes de canalisations en plastique pour les branchements et les collecteurs d'assainissement enterrés sans pression - Poly(chlorure de vinyle) non plastifié (PVC-U) - Partie 1 : Spécifications pour tubes, raccords et le système

Le présent document spécifie les exigences pour les tubes à paroi compacte avec des surfaces interne et externe lisses, extrudés à partir de la même formulation dans toute la paroi, les raccords et le système de systèmes de canalisations en poly(chlorure de vinyle) non plastifié (PVC U) dans le domaine des branchements et des collecteurs d'assainissement enterrés sans pression :
-   enterrés dans le sol à l'extérieur de la structure du bâtiment (code de zone d'application « U ») ; et
-   enterrés dans le sol, à l’intérieur de la structure du bâtiment et à l’extérieur du bâtiment (code de zone d'application « UD »).
NOTE 1   L’usage prévu est repéré au niveau du marquage des produits par « U » ou « UD ».
Il spécifie également les paramètres d'essai pour les méthodes d'essai référencées dans le présent document.
NOTE 2   Les tubes multicouches avec des formulations différentes dans toute la paroi et les tubes à âme alvéolaire sont couvert par l’EN 13476-2 [1].
Le présent document couvre une gamme de dimensions nominales, une gamme de séries de tubes et de raccords ainsi qu’une gamme de classes de rigidité et donne des recommandations concernant les couleurs.
NOTE 3   Il est de la responsabilité de l'acheteur ou du concepteur du réseau d'effectuer les sélections appropriées à partir de ces données en tenant compte des exigences particulières et des éventuelles règles nationales concernées et des pratiques ou codes de pose.
Il s'applique aux tubes et aux raccords en PVC U, à leurs assemblages ainsi qu'aux assemblages avec des composants en d'autres matières, plastiques ou non plastiques, destinés aux systèmes de canalisations enterrés pour les branchements et les collecteurs d'assainissement enterrés sans pression.
NOTE 4   Les tubes, les raccords et autres composants conformes à l'une des normes de produits plastiques référencées dans l'Annexe C peuvent être utilisés avec des tubes et des raccords conformes au présent document dans la mesure où ils répondent aux exigences pour les dimensions d'assemblage données dans l'Article 7 et aux exigences du Tableau 16.

Cevni sistemi iz polimernih materialov za odpadno vodo in kanalizacijo, ki delujejo po težnostnem principu in so položeni v zemljo - Nemehčan polivinilklorid (PVC-U) - 1. del: Specifikacije za cevi, fitinge in sistem

Ta dokument določa zahteve za trdne stenske cevi z gladkimi notranjimi in zunanjimi površinami, ekstrudiranimi iz iste sestave po celotni steni, fitinge ter cevne sisteme iz nemehčanega polivinilklorida (PVC U) za odpadno vodo in kanalizacijo, ki delujejo po težnostnem principu in so:
– vkopani v zemljo zunaj stavbne konstrukcije (koda območja uporabe »U«) in
– vkopani v zemljo znotraj stavbne konstrukcije (koda območja uporabe »D«) in zunaj nje.
To je razvidno iz oznak »U« in »UD« na izdelkih.
Določa tudi preskusne parametre za preskusne metode iz tega dokumenta.
OPOMBA 1: Trdne stenske večplastne cevi različne sestave po celotni steni in penaste cevi so zajete v standardu EN 13476-2 [1] (glej tudi CEN ISO/TR 27165 [2]).
Ta dokument zajema različne nazivne velikosti, sklope cevi in skupine fitingov ter različne razrede trdnosti in priporočila o barvah.
OPOMBA 2: Za ustrezno izbiro izdelkov je odgovoren kupec ali specifikator, pri čemer mora upoštevati konkretne zahteve ter vse pomembne nacionalne predpise in prakse ali kodekse vgradnje.
Skupaj s standardom prCEN/TS 1401-2 [3] se uporablja za cevi in fitinge iz polivinilklorida (PVC U), njihove spoje ter spoje s komponentami iz drugih polimernih in nepolimernih materialov, namenjenih uporabi za vkopane cevne sisteme za odpadno vodo in kanalizacijo, ki delujejo po težnostnem principu.
OPOMBA 3: Cevi, fitinge in druge sestavne dele, ki so skladni s katerim koli standardom za izdelek iz polimernih materialov iz dodatka C, je mogoče uporabljati s cevmi in fitingi, ki so skladni s tem dokumentom, če izpolnjujejo zahteve v zvezi z velikostmi spojev iz točke 7 in zahteve iz preglednice 15.
