Plastics piping systems - Glass-reinforced thermosetting plastics (GRP) pipes - Determination of long-term resistance to internal pressure

This standard specifies a method for determining the time to failure of glass-reinforced thermosetting plastics (GRP) pipes under internal hydrostatic pressure at a specified temperature. The external environment can be air or water.
NOTE   For other internal or external environments the referring standard should specify any additional requirement.

Diese Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Versagenszeit von Rohren aus glasfaserverstärkten
duroplastischen Kunststoffen (GFK) unter hydrostatischem Innendruck bei einer festgelegten Temperatur fest.
Die äußere Umgebung kann Wasser oder Luft sein.
ANMERKUNG Für andere innere oder äußere Umgebungsbedingungen sollte die bezugnehmende Norm zusätzliche
Anforderungen enthalten.

La présente Norme spécifie une méthode pour la détermination du temps à la rupture de tubes en plastiques
thermodurcissables renforcés de verre (PRV). Il est admis que l’environnement externe puisse être constitué
d’eau ou d’air.
NOTE Pour d’autres environnements internes ou externes, il convient d’indiquer toute exigence supplémentaire dans
la norme en référence.
