ISO 129-1:2018 establishes the general principles for presentation of dimensions and associated tolerances that apply to 2D technical drawings in all disciplines and trades but which can also be applied to 3D applications.
ISO 129-1:2018 does not cover the application of dimensional tolerances and their meaning. See ISO 14405‑1 for tolerancing principles. This document can only be used to describe the nominal model of a drawing, not the non-ideal surface model (skin model) used for tolerancing purposes (for more information on tolerancing specifications, see the list of GPS standards listed as normative reference or as bibliography)
Considering the ISO 14405 series, the presentation of tolerance indication is unambiguous when it is applied to a dimension which is a size and ambiguous when the dimension is not a size.
All rules presented in this document are available for any type of drawing (see ISO 29845).
In addition, this document introduces the concept of property indicators, developed length, between, surface indicators, flag notes and textual instructions.

Dieses Dokument legt die allgemeinen Grundsätze für die Angabe von Maßen und den zugehörigen Toleranzen fest, die für technische 2D Zeichnungen in allen Bereichen und Branchen gelten, aber auch auf 3D Anwendungen angewendet werden können.
Dieses Dokument deckt nicht die Anwendung der Maßtoleranzen und deren Bedeutung ab. Siehe ISO 14405 1 für Tolerierungsprinzipien. Dieses Dokument kann nur zur Beschreibung des Nennmodells einer Zeichnung verwendet werden, nicht für das nicht ideale Oberflächenmodell (Hautmodell), das zu Tolerierungszwecken verwendet wird (für weitere Informationen zu Tolerierungsspezifikationen, siehe die Liste der GPS Normen, die als normative Verweisungen oder als Literaturhinweise aufgeführt sind).
Unter Berücksichtigung der Normenreihe ISO 14405, ist die Angabe der Toleranzindikation eindeutig, wenn sie auf ein Maß angewendet wird, das ein Größenmaß darstellt und mehrdeutig, wenn das Maß kein Größenmaß ist.
Alle in diesem Dokument genannten Regeln sind für jede Art von Zeichnung anwendbar (siehe ISO 29845).
Ergänzend führt dieses Dokument das Konzept der Eigenschaftsindikatoren, der entwickelten Länge, Zwischen, Flächenindikatoren, Kennzeichnungshinweise und textliche Anweisungen ein.

ISO 129-1:218 établit les principes généraux pour la représentation des dimensions et des tolérances associées qui s'appliquent aux dessins techniques en deux dimensions dans toutes les disciplines et tous les métiers, mais qui peuvent également s'appliquer à des applications en trois dimensions.
ISO 129-1:218 ne couvre pas l'application de tolérances dimensionnelles et leur signification. Voir également l'ISO 14405‑1 pour les principes de tolérancement. Le présent document ne peut être utilisée que pour décrire le modèle nominal d'un dessin; elle ne peut pas être utilisée pour décrire le modèle de surface non idéal utilisé à des fins de tolérancement (pour plus d'informations sur les spécifications de tolérancement, voir la liste de normes GPS citées en tant que références normatives ou bibliographiques).
En ce qui concerne la série ISO 14405, la représentation de l'indication de tolérance ne présente aucune ambiguïté lorsqu'elle est appliquée à une dimension qui correspond à une alors qu'elle présente une ambiguïté lorsque la dimension ne correspond pas à une taille.
Toutes les règles présentées dans le présente document sont applicables à tout type de dessin (voir l'ISO 29845).
En outre, le présent document introduit le concept d'indicateurs de propriétés, de longueur développée, d'«entre», d'indicateurs de surface, de flag note et d'instructions textuelles.

Standard EN-ISO 129-1 določa splošna načela za predstavitev dimenzij in povezanih toleranc, ki se uporabljajo za tehnične risbe 2D v vseh disciplinah in strokah, vendar jih je mogoče uporabiti tudi pri risanju v tehniki 3D. Ta dokument ne zajema uporabe dimenzijskih toleranc in njihovega pomena. Za načela toleriranja glej standard ISO 14405-1. Ta dokument je mogoče uporabljati samo za opisovanje nominalnega modela risbe, ne pa tudi neidealnega površinskega modela (modela kože), ki se uporablja za namene toleriranja (za več informacij o specifikacijah toleriranja glej seznam standardov GPS, ki je naveden kot sklic na druge standarde ali kot literatura). The text of ISO 129-1:2018 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 10 "Technical product
documentation” of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as
EN ISO 129-1:2019 by CCMC.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2020, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by April 2020.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
According to the CEN-CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of the
