Der Anwendungsbereich ist durch folgenden Text zu ersetzen:
Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen, Prüfverfahren und Leistungsmerkmale für Energieversorgungs¬einrichtungen für Brandmeldanlagen in Gebäuden fest. Diese Norm gilt für das Bestandteil L nach Bild 1 der EN 54 1:1996 und für Energieversorgungseinrichtungen, die andere Bestandteile als die Brandmelderzentrale direkt mit Energie versorgt, es sei denn in den anderen Teilen der Normenreihe EN 54 ist es anders festgelegt.

Supprimer le texte actuel du Domaine d’application et le remplacer par le paragraphe suivant :
« La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences, les méthodes d’essai et les critères de performance relatives aux équipements d’alimentation électrique des systèmes de détection et d’alarme incendie installés dans des bâtiments. Sauf spécification contraire dans les autres parties de l’EN 54, cela inclut le composant L de la Figure 1 de l’EN 54-1 :1996 et l’équipement d’alimentation électrique qui alimente en direct les composants autres que l’équipement de contrôle et de signalisation ».

This amendment A2 modifies the European Standard EN 54-4:1997; it was approved by CEN on 3 May 2006.
CEN members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which stipulate the conditions for inclusion of this
amendment into the relevant national standard without any alteration. Up-to-date lists and bibliographical references concerning such
national standards may be obtained on application to the Central Secretariat or to any CEN member.
This amendment exists in three official versions (English, French, German). A version in any other language made by translation under the
responsibility of a CEN member into its own language and notified to the Central Secretariat has the same status as the official versions.
