Safety requirements for cableway installations designed to carry persons - Calculations
This document specifies the general safety requirements applicable to the calculations for cableway installations designed to carry persons. This document is applicable to the various types of cableway installations and takes into account their environment.
This document contains:
- general requirements for calculations and their presentation;
- general requirements relating to the actions to be taken into account in the calculation of components as a basis for the requirements of the standards EN 13223, EN 13107, EN 12927 and EN 1908;
- requirements relating to verification of ropes by calculation;
- requirements relating to the determination of the drive power;
- requirements for the actions of the ropes and carriers on the support structures and for the deformations of these support structures.
This document does not apply to installations for the transportation of goods nor to lifts.
Sicherheitsanforderungen an Seilbahnen für den Personenverkehr - Berechnungen
Diese Europäische Norm legt die Sicherheitsanforderungen für die Berechnungen der Seilbahnen für den Personenverkehr fest. Dabei werden die verschiedenen Typen von Seilbahnen und deren Umgebung berücksichtigt.
Sie enthält:
- allgemeine Anforderungen an Berechnungen und deren Dokumentation;
- allgemeine Anforderungen für die Einwirkungen, die für die Berechnung der Bauteile als Grundlage zu den Anforderungen der EN 13223, EN 13107, EN 12927 (alle Teile) und EN 1908 berücksichtigt werden müssen;
- Anforderungen an rechnerische Nachweise für die Seile;
- Anforderungen an die Ermittlung der Antriebsleistung;
- Anforderungen für die Einwirkungen der Seile und Fahrzeuge auf die Bauwerke und die Verformungen der Bauwerke.
Sie gilt weder für Seilbahnen des Güterverkehrs noch für Aufzüge.
Prescriptions de sécurité pour les installations à câbles destinées au transport de personne - Calculs
Le présent document établit les prescriptions de sécurité s'appliquant au calcul des installations de transport à câbles destinées aux personnes. Il s'applique aux différents systèmes et tient compte de leur environnement.
Le présent document comprend :
des prescriptions générales pour les calculs et leur présentation ;
des prescriptions générales concernant les actions qui pour le calcul des constituants, doivent être prises en considération pour l’application des EN 13223, EN 13107, EN 12927 et EN 1908 ;
des prescriptions concernant la justification des câbles par le calcul ;
des prescriptions pour le calcul de la puissance d'entraînement ;
des prescriptions concernant les actions des câbles et des véhicules sur les ouvrages de génie civil, ainsi que les déformations de ces ouvrages.
Il ne s'applique ni aux installations de transport à câble destinées aux marchandises, ni aux ascenseurs inclinés.

Ta evropski standard določa varnostne zahteve, ki se uporabljajo za izračune pri napravah za prevoz oseb po vrvi. Te zahteve je treba izpolniti ob upoštevanju različnih vrst naprav in okolja njihove uporabe. Ta standard vključuje: – splošne zahteve za izračune in njihovo predstavitev;
– splošne zahteve glede vplivov, ki jih je treba upoštevati pri izračunu sestavnih delov kot osnova za zahteve standardov.

NACIONALNI UVOD
Standard SIST EN 12930 (sl), Varnostne zahteve za žičniške naprave za prevoz oseb – Izračuni, 2015,
ima status slovenskega standarda in je istoveten evropskemu standardu EN 12930 (en), Safety
requirements for cableway installations designed to carry persons – Calculations, 2015.
Ta standard nadomešča SIST EN 12930:2005.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN 12930:2015 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za standardizacijo
CEN/TC 242 Varnostne zahteve za za prevoz oseb z žičniškimi napravami. Slovenski standard SIST
EN 12930:2015 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 12930:2015. V primeru spora glede besedila
slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski standard v angleškem jeziku.
Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC DTN Dvigalne in transportne naprave.
Odločitev za izdajo tega standarda je dne 6. marca 2015 sprejel tehnični odbor SIST/TC DTN Dvigalne
in transportne naprave.
