This document specifies the field of application, the dimensional, the physico-chemical, the design, the hydraulic, the mechanical, and the acoustic characteristics of in-line anti vacuum valve family D Type A.
This document covers in-line anti vacuum valve family D Type A, intended to prevent pollution of potable water by backflow, caused by backsiphoning only.
It is applicable to in-line anti vacuum valve in denominations DN 10 up to DN 50.
It covers in-line anti vacuum valve of PN 10 that are capable of working without modification or adjustment:
-   at any pressure, up to 1 MPa (10 bar);
-   with any pressure variation, up to 1 MPa (10 bar);
-   in permanent duty at a limited temperature of 65 °C and for maximum 1 h at 90 °C.
It specifies also the test methods and requirements for verifying their characteristics, the marking and the presentation at delivery.

Dieses Dokument legt den Anwendungsbereich, die maßlichen, physikalisch-chemischen, Auslegungs-, hydraulischen, mechanischen und akustischen Eigenschaften der Rohrleitungsbelüfter Familie D, Typ A fest.
Dieses Dokument gilt ausschließlich für Rohrleitungsbelüfter Familie D, Typ A, die zur Verhütung von Trinkwasserverunreinigungen durch Rückfließen, verursacht durch Rücksaugen, vorgesehen sind.
Es gilt für Rohrleitungsbelüfter der Bezeichnungen DN 10 bis DN 50.
Es behandelt Rohrleitungsbelüfter mit PN 10, die ohne Abänderung oder Nachstellung funktionsfähig sind:
- bei Druckwerten, bis 1 MPa (10 bar);
- bei Druckschwankungen, bis 1 MPa (10 bar);
- im Dauerbetrieb bei einer Grenztemperatur von 65 °C und für maximal 1 h bei 90 °C.
Es legt zudem die Prüfverfahren und Anforderungen zur Verifizierung ihrer Eigenschaften, der Kennzeichnung und der Bereitstellung bei der Auslieferung fest.

Le présent document spécifie le domaine d’application ainsi que les caractéristiques dimensionnelles, physico-chimiques, de conception, hydrauliques, mécaniques et acoustiques des soupapes anti-vide en ligne de la famille D, type A.
Le présent document couvre uniquement les soupapes anti-vide en ligne de la famille D, type A, destinées à éviter la pollution de l’eau potable par retour, provoquée par siphonnage.
Il s’applique aux soupapes anti-vide en ligne de dénomination DN 10 à DN 50.
Il couvre les soupapes anti-vide en ligne de PN 10 qui, sans modification ni ajustement, peuvent fonctionner :
- à n’importe quelle pression, jusqu’à 1 MPa (10 bar) ;
- sous n’importe quelle variation de pression, jusqu’à 1 MPa (10 bar) ;
- de manière ininterrompue jusqu’à une température limite de 65 °C, et pendant 1 h, au maximum, à 90 °C.
Il spécifie également les méthodes d’essai et les exigences permettant de contrôler leurs caractéristiques, le marquage et la présentation à la livraison.
