Test methods for fibres in concrete - Part 1: Reference concretes

This European Standard specifies the composition and characteristics of reference concretes used to evaluate the performance of fibres in concrete.
The purpose of the reference concrete is to determine the general suitability of a fibre for use in concrete.
NOTE   The end user needs to satisfy themselves about the effectiveness of the fibre in their own concrete.

Prüfverfahren für Fasern in Beton - Teil 1: Referenzbetone

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Zusammensetzung und die Eigenschaften von Referenzbetonen fest, die zur Bestimmung der Eigenschaften von Fasern in Beton verwendet werden.
Referenzbetone dienen der Beurteilung der allgemeinen Eignung von Fasern für die Verwendung in Beton.
ANMERKUNG   Der Anwender muss die Wirksamkeit der Fasern für den ihm aktuell vorliegenden Beton selbst feststellen.

Méthodes d'essai des fibres dans le béton - Partie 1: Bétons de référence

La présente Norme européenne spécifie la composition et les caractéristiques des bétons de référence utilisés pour évaluer la performance des fibres incorporées dans le béton.
Les bétons de référence servent à déterminer l’aptitude générale d’une fibre à être incorporée dans le béton.
NOTE   L’utilisateur final doit vérifier lui-même l’efficacité de la fibre dans son propre béton.
