This document specifies, for ropes of different kinds, a method of determining each of the following characteristics:
— linear density;
— diameter;
— lay length;
— braid pitch;
— elongation;
— breaking force.
This document also provides a method for measuring water repellence, lubrication and finish content, when requested by the customer.

Dieses Dokument legt für unterschiedliche Seilarten ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der folgenden Eigenschaften fest:

- Durchmesser;
- Schlaglänge;
- Flechtlänge;
- Dehnung;
- Bruchkraft.
Dieses Dokument stellt auf Kundenanforderung auch ein Verfahren zum Messen der Wasserabstoßung, des Gehalts an Batschmittel und Appretur zur Verfügung.

Le présent document spécifie, pour des cordages de différents types, une méthode pour la détermination de chacune des caractéristiques suivantes:
— masse linéique;
— diamètre;
— pas de commettage;
— pas de tressage;
— allongement;
— force de rupture.
Le présent document fournit également une méthode de mesure de la résistance à l'absorption d'eau, ainsi qu'une méthode de détermination de la teneur en lubrifiant et en apprêt, lorsque cela est demandé par le client.

Ta dokument tudi podaja metodo za merjenje vodoodbojnosti, vsebnosti maziva in obdelave, kadar tako zahteva stranka.

This document (EN ISO 2307:2019) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 38 "Textiles" in
collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 248 “Textiles and textile products” the secretariat of
which is held by BSI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by March 2020, and conflicting national standards shall
be withdrawn at the latest by March 2020.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN ISO 2307:2010.
According to the CEN-CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of the

Dieser Europäische Norm-Entwurf wird den CEN-Mitgliedern zur parallelen Umfrage vorgelegt. Er wurde vom Technischen
Komitee CEN/TC 248 erstellt.
Wenn aus diesem Norm-Entwurf eine Europäische Norm wird, sind die CEN-Mitglieder gehalten, die CEN-Geschäftsordnung zu
erfüllen, in der die Bedingungen festgelegt sind, unter denen dieser Europäischen Norm ohne jede Änderung der Status einer
nationalen Norm zu geben ist.
