Environmental management - Life cycle assessment - Critical review processes and reviewer competencies: Additional requirements and guidelines to ISO 14044:2006 (ISO/TS 14071:2014)

ISO/TS 14071:2014 provides additional specifications to ISO 14040:2006 and ISO 14044:2006. It provides requirements and guidelines for conducting a critical review of any type of LCA study and the competencies required for the review.
ISO/TS 14071:2014 provides:
details of a critical review process, including clarification with regard to ISO 14044:2006;
guidelines to deliver the required critical review process, linked to the goal of the life cycle assessment (LCA) and its intended use;
content and deliverables of the critical review process;
guidelines to improve the consistency, transparency, efficiency and credibility of the critical review process;
the required competencies for the reviewer(s) (internal, external and panel member);
the required competencies to be represented by the panel as a whole.
ISO/TS 14071:2014 does not cover the applications of LCA.

Diese Technische Spezifikation stellt zusätzliche Spezifikationen zu ISO 14040:2006 und ISO 14044:2006 bereit. Sie stellt Anforderungen und Anleitungen für die Durchführung einer Kritischen Prüfung jeder Art von Ökobilanzstudie, sowie für die Kompetenzen, die für die Prüfung erforderlich sind, zur Verfügung.
Diese Technische Spezifikation gibt vor:
   Einzelheiten eines Prozesses der Kritischen Prüfung, einschließlich Klärung in Bezug auf ISO 14044:2006;
   Anleitungen zur Durchführung des erforderlichen Prozesses der Kritischen Prüfung, in direktem Zusammenhang zu dem Ziel der Ökobilanz (LCA, en: life cycle assessment) und ihrer vorgesehenen Verwendung;
   Inhalt und zu liefernde Ergebnisse des Prozesses der Kritischen Prüfung;
   Anleitungen zur Verbesserung der Konsistenz, Transparenz, Wirksamkeit und Glaubwürdigkeit des Prozesses der Kritischen Prüfung;
   die erforderlichen Kompetenzen des/der Prüfer(s) (intern, extern und Ausschussmitglied);
   die erforderlichen Kompetenzen, die durch den Ausschuss als Ganzes zu verkörpern sind.
Diese Technische Spezifikation behandelt keine Anwendungen von Ökobilanzen (wie nach ISO 14040:2006, Bild 1).

L'ISO/TS 14071:2014 fournit des spécifications supplémentaires pour l'ISO 14040:2006 et l'ISO 14044:2006. Elle définit des exigences et lignes directrices pour réaliser la revue critique de tout type d'étude d'ACV, ainsi que les compétences requises pour mener cette revue.
L'ISO/TS 14071:2014 fournit:
?    des informations détaillées sur le processus de revue critique, y compris des précisions en ce qui concerne l'ISO 14044:2006;
?    des lignes directrices pour effectuer le processus de revue critique requis, en lien avec l'objectif de l'analyse du cycle de vie (ACV) et son utilisation prévue;
?    le contenu et les objectifs du processus de revue critique;
?    des lignes directrices pour améliorer la cohérence, la transparence, l'efficacité et la crédibilité du processus de revue critique;
?    les compétences requises du ou des praticiens de revue (internes, externes et membres du comité);
?    les compétences requises devant être possédées par le comité dans son ensemble.
L'ISO/TS 14071:2014 ne couvre pas les applications de l'ACV (telles qu'illustrées dans l'ISO 14040:2006, Figure 1).

Ta tehnična specifikacija podaja dodatne specifikacije za standarda ISO 14040:2006 in ISO 14044:2006.
Standard podaja zahteve in smernice za izvajanje kritičnega pregleda študije LCA katere koli vrste in kompetence, ki so potrebne za pregled.
Ta tehnična specifikacija določa:
– podrobnosti kritičnega pregleda, vključno s pojasnitvijo glede na standard ISO 14044:2006;
– smernice za izvedbo zahtevanega kritičnega pregleda v povezavi s ciljem ocenjevanja življenjskega cikla in njegovo predvideno uporabo;
– vsebino in izsledke kritičnega pregleda;

Ta tehnična specifikacija ne zajema uporabe ocenjevanja življenjskega cikla (kot je prikazano v standardu ISO 14040:2006, slika 1).

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 25 January 2016 for provisional application.

The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to
submit their comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.

CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS
available promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in
parallel to the CEN/TS) until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.
