NEW!IEC 60204-11:2018 is available as IEC 60204-11:2018 RLV which contains the International Standard and its Redline version, showing all changes of the technical content compared to the previous edition.IEC 60204-11:2018 applies to electrical and electronic equipment and systems to machines, including a group of machines working together in a co-ordinated manner, which operate at nominal voltages above 1 000 V AC or 1 500 V DC and not exceeding 36 kV AC or DC with nominal frequencies not exceeding 60 Hz. IEC 60204-11:2018 cancels and replaces the first edition, published in 2000. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition contains significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition regarding the following: – aspects of risk assessment, which are mirrored from ISO 12100; – equipotential bonding and earthing; – EMC and power quality; – HV switchgear and controlgear; – creepage distances for conductors and slip-ring assemblies; – a list of machinery using HV equipment, in Annex A. IEC 60204-11:2018 has been updated and improved to reflect the experience gained with the first edition and the evolution of high-voltage equipment reflected in the relevant standards. Regarding formal requirements, IEC 60204-11 has been aligned with – IEC 60204-1:2016, – IEC 61936-1:2010 and IEC 61936-1:2010/AMD1:2014, – IEC 62271 (all parts). This document is intended to be used in conjunction with IEC 60204-1.

L'IEC 60204-11:2018 annule et remplace la première édition parue en 2000. Cette édition constitue une révision technique. Cette édition contient des modifications techniques majeures par rapport à l’édition précédente qui concernent: – les aspects liés à l’appréciation du risque, tirés de l’ISO 12100; – les liaisons équipotentielles et la mise à la terre; – la CEM et la qualité de la puissance; – les appareillages à haute tension; – les lignes de fuite pour conducteurs et ensembles de bagues collectrices; – une liste des machines utilisant des équipements HT dans l’Annexe A. IEC 60204-11:2018 a été mise à jour et améliorée sur la base de l’expérience acquise avec la première édition et sur la base de l’évolution des équipements haute tension décrits dans les normes applicables. Concernant les exigences de forme, l'IEC 60204-11 a été alignée sur – l’IEC 60204-1:2016, – l’IEC 61936-1:2010 et l’IEC 61936-1:2010/AMD1:2014, – l’IEC 62271 (toutes les parties). Cette norme est destinée à être utilisée conjointement avec l’IEC 60204-1.

Ta del standarda IEC 60204 se uporablja za električno in elektronsko opremo in sisteme za stroje, vključno s skupino strojev, ki delujejo skupaj in usklajeno ter ki delujejo pri nazivni napetosti nad 1000 V a.c. ali 1500 V d.c., vendar ne nad 36 kV a.c. ali d.c. z nazivno frekvenco, ki ne presega 60 Hz.
V tem dokumentu izraz visokonapetostna (HV) oprema zajema nizkonapetostno (LV) opremo, ki je nepogrešljiv sestavni del opreme, ki deluje pri visoki napetosti. Zahteve v tem dokumentu zadevajo predvsem dele, ki delujejo pri visoki napetosti, razen kadar je izrecno navedeno drugače.
OPOMBA 1: Oprema, ki ni sestavni del visokonapetostne opreme, je obravnavana v standardu IEC 60204-1:2016.
OPOMBA 2: V tem dokumentu izraz »električni« zajema tako električne kot elektronske zadeve (tj. električna oprema pomeni tako električno kot tudi elektronsko opremo).
OPOMBA 3: Ta dokument se ne uporablja za neodvisne visokonapetostne napajalne inštalacije, za katere obstajajo posebni standardi IEC.
Električna oprema, ki je zajeta v tem dokumentu, se začne na točki povezave z napajanjem električne opreme stroja (glej točko 5.1).
OPOMBA 4: Zahteve za visokonapetostne napajalne inštalacije najdete v standardu IEC 61936-1. Ta dokument je splošni varnostni standard. Ne zajema vseh zahtev (npr. varovanja, spajanja ali nadzora), ki so potrebne ali zahtevane zaradi drugih standardov ali predpisov za zaščito osebja pred nevarnostmi, ki niso pogojene z virom električne energije. Vsaka vrsta stroja vključuje edinstvene zahteve, ki jih je treba izpolniti za zagotovitev ustrezne varnosti.
OPOMBA 5: Pri nekaterih strojih je lahko visokonapetostni napajalnik proizveden z blokovnim transformatorjem (avtotransformator), ki se napaja z nizkonapetostnim sistemom (npr. z nizkonapetostnim generatorjem).
OPOMBA 6: V okviru tega dokumenta izraz »oseba« zajema vse posameznike; »osebje« so tiste osebe, ki so dodeljene za uporabo ter vzdrževanje te opreme in ki jim je to naročil uporabnik ali njegov zastopnik.
Ta del standarda IEC 60204 vključuje zlasti (vendar ni omejen na) stroje, kot je opredeljeno v točki 3.29
(Dodatek A navaja primere strojev, katerih električno opremo je mogoče zajeti s tem dokumentom.).
Za zaščito pred električnim udarom z visokonapetostno opremo se ta dokument nanaša na standard IEC 61936-1. V zvezi z nizkonapetostno opremo se ta dokument nanaša na standard IEC 602041: 2016.
OPOMBA 7: V visokonapetostnih in nizkonapetostnih standardih se uporabljajo različni izrazi za zaščito pred električnim udarom. V visokonapetostnih standardih se uporabljata izraza »neposredni stik« in »posredni stik«, v nizkonapetostnih standardih pa se uporabljata izraza »osnovna zaščita« in »zaščita ob okvari«.
Dodatne in posebne zahteve lahko veljajo za električno opremo strojev, ki:
– se uporabljajo na prostem (tj. zunaj zgradb ali drugih zaščitnih struktur);
– uporabljajo, obdelujejo ali proizvajajo potencialno eksplozivni material (na primer barvo ali žagovino);
– so namenjeni uporabi v potencialno eksplozivnih in/ali vnetljivih atmosferah;
– predstavljajo posebna tveganja pri proizvodnji ali uporabi nekaterih materialov;
– se uporabljajo v rudnikih.
Nevarnosti, ki so posledica hrupa in vibracij, niso obravnavane v tem dokumentu.

approved by CENELEC as EN IEC 60204-11:2019.
