IEC 62931:2017 This document specifies the safety and interchangeability requirements together with the test methods and conditions required to show compliance of non-integrated tubular LED lamps, intended for general lighting purposes, having:
a rated wattage up to 70 W,
a rated voltage up to 190 V ripple free DC,
GX16t-5 cap as listed in Table 1. The requirements of this document relate only to type testing.

L'IEC 62931:2017 Le présent document spécifie les exigences de sécurité et d’interchangeabilité, ainsi que les méthodes d’essai et les conditions exigées pour assurer la conformité des lampes à LED tubulaires non intégrées, destinées à l’éclairage général, ayant:
une puissance assignée allant jusqu’à 70 W,
une tension assignée allant jusqu’à 190 V en courant continu lisse,
un culot GX16t-5 tel que répertorié dans le Tableau 1. Les exigences du présent document concernent uniquement les essais de type.

Ta dokument določa zahteve za varnost in zamenljivost vključno s preskusnimi metodami in pogoji, ki so potrebni za preverjanje skladnosti neintegriranih cevnih LED-sijalk, ki so namenjene za splošno razsvetljavo ter imajo:
• nazivno moč do 70 W;
• nazivno napetost do 190 V pri enosmernem toku brez valovitosti;
• osnovo GX16t-5, kot je navedeno v preglednici 1.
Zahteve iz tega dokumenta se nanašajo samo na tipsko preskušanje.
OPOMBA 1: Izraz »sijalka« v tem dokumentu označuje »neintegrirane dvopolne cevne LED-sijalke GX16t-5«, razen ko se izraz očitno uporablja za druge vrste sijalk.
OPOMBA 2: Sijalka, določena v tem dokumentu, se upravlja s krmilno napravo, določeno v dodatku B (glej točko 18).
OPOMBA 3: Ta dokument zajema fotobiološko varnost.
