Collection, logistics & treatment requirements for WEEE - Part 2-3: Treatment requirements for temperature exchange equipment and other WEEE containing VFC and/or VHC

This European Standard is applicable to the treatment of waste temperature exchange equipment and other WEEE containing VFC or VHC in refrigerants or blowing agents. This European Standard applies to the treatment of temperature exchange equipment until end-of-waste status is fulfilled, or temperature exchange equipment fractions are recycled, recovered, or disposed of. This European Standard addresses all operators involved in the treatment including related handling, sorting and storage of temperature exchange equipment.

Dieser Abschnitt des Teils 1 wird ersetzt durch: Diese Europäische Norm gilt für die Behandlung von Wärmeüberträgern und anderen Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräten, die VFC oder VHC in Kühl- oder Treibmitteln enthalten. Diese Europäische Norm gilt für die Behandlung von Wärmeüberträgern, bis der Status des Abfallendes erfüllt ist oder Fraktionen des Wärmeüberträgers dem Recycling, der Verwertung oder der Entsorgung zugeführt werden. Diese Europäische Norm richtet sich an alle Betreiber, die an der Behandlung einschließlich zugehöriger Handhabung, Sortierung und Lagerung von Wärmeübertragern beteiligt sind.

L’article de la Partie 1 est remplacé par le suivant: La présente Norme européenne s’applique au traitement des déchets d’équipements d’échange thermique et autres DEEE contenant des fluorocarbures volatils (VFC, Volatile FluoroCarbon) ou des hydrocarbures volatils (VHC, Volatile HydroCarbon) dans les fluides frigorigènes ou les agents d’expansion. La présente Norme européenne s’applique au traitement des déchets d’équipements d’échange thermique jusqu’à obtention de la sortie du statut de déchet ou jusqu’à ce que leurs fractions soient recyclées, valorisées ou éliminées. La présente Norme européenne concerne tous les opérateurs intervenant dans le traitement, y compris la manipulation, le tri et le stockage associés des équipements d’échange thermique.
