This document defines the requirements of ethylene propylene elastomer (EPM/EPDM) for seal elements for use as static seals in hydraulic systems using phosphate ester fluids, hardness 80 IRHD (International Rubber Hardness Degree) for long term application for aerospace application.
Unless otherwise specified in the drawing, order or inspection schedule, this document shall be used in conjunction with the referenced documents.
Applicable temperature range:
- Continuous service: −55 °C to 107 °C
- Intermittent service: −55 °C to 120 °C

Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen an Ethylen Propylen Elastomer (EPM/EPDM) der Härte 80 IRHD (International Rubber Hardness Degree) für Dichtungselemente zur Langzeitverwendung als statische Dichtungen in Hydrauliksystemen mit Phosphorsäureesterflüssigkeiten in der Luft  und Raumfahrt fest.
Falls nicht anders in der Zeichnung, Bestellung oder Prüfanweisung festgelegt, ist dieses Dokument zusammen mit den in Bezug genommenen Dokumenten zu verwenden.
Anzuwendender Temperaturbereich:
- Dauerbetrieb: −55 °C bis 107 °C;
- Aussetzbetrieb: −55 °C bis 120 °C.

Le présent document définit les exigences de l’élastomère éthylène propylène (EPM/EPDM) pour les éléments d’étanchéité destinés à être utilisés en tant que joints statiques dans les systèmes hydrauliques utilisant des fluides esterphosphoriques, de dureté 80 DIDC (degrés internationaux de dureté du caoutchouc), pour usage à long terme dans les applications aérospatiales.
Sauf spécification contraire dans le dessin, la commande ou le calendrier d’inspection, ce document doit être utilisé conjointement avec les documents cités en référence.
Plage de températures applicable :
- service continu : −55 °C à 107 °C ;
- service intermittent : −55 °C à 120 °C.
