Welding consumables - Test methods - Part 1: Test piece for all-weld metal test specimens in steel, nickel and nickel alloys

This standard specifies preparation of test assembly and specimens. The purpose is to determine mechanical properties of all-weld metal where required by the consumables classifications standard or for other purposes in arc welding of steel, nickel and nickel alloys. This standard is not applicable to single- or two-pass welding or fillet welding. For these cases, prEN 1597-2 and prEN 1597-3 apply.

Diese Norm legt die Vorbereitung des Prüfstucks und der Proben fest. Der Zweck ist die Bestimmung der mechanischen Eigenschaften des reinen Schweißgutes, wenn dies durch Normen zur Einteilung von Schweißzusätzen oder für andere Zwecke zum Lichtbogenschweißen von Stahl, Nickel und Nickelegierungen gefordet wird. Diese Norm gilt nicht für Ein- oder Mehrlagenschweißung oder Kehlnahtschweißungen. Für diese Fälle gelten prEN 1597-2 und prEN 1597-3.

Produits consommables pour le soudage - Méthodes d'essai - Partie 1: Assemblage d'essai d'éprouvettes prélevées dans le métal fondu hors dilution pour le soudage de l'acier, du nickel et des alliages de nickel

La présente norme spécifie la préparation des assemblages d'essai et des éprouvettes. Elle a pour objet de déterminer les propriétés mécaniques du métal fondu hors dilution lorsque cela est prescrit par la norme de classification du produit consommable ou pour d'autres besoins rencontrés en soudage a l'arc de l'acier, du nickel et des alliages de nickel. La présente norme ne concerne ni le soudage en une ou deux passes, ni l'exécution de soudures d'angle. Pour ces cas, le prEN 1597-2 et le prEN 1597-3 s'appliquent.
