This part of IEC 62317 specifies the dimensions that are of importance for mechanical
interchangeability for a preferred range of EC-cores, the essential dimensions of coil formers
to be used with them, and the effective parameter values to be used in calculations involving
them.
The selection of core sizes for this standard is based on the philosophy of including those
sizes which are industrial standards, either by inclusion in national standards, or by broadbased
use in industry. See 62317-1 for more detail concerning the philosophy of selecting
core sizes to be included.

L'IEC 62317-11:2015 spécifie les dimensions qui revêtent une importance particulière pour l'interchangeabilité mécanique pour une plage préférentielle de noyaux EC, les dimensions essentielles des carcasses à utiliser avec ces noyaux et les valeurs des paramètres effectifs à utiliser pour les calculs qui s'y rapportent. Cette première édition annule et remplace la première édition de l'IEC 60647 parue en 1979. Cette édition constitue une révision technique et inclut les modifications techniques majeures suivantes par rapport à la première édition de l'IEC 60647:
- ajout des noyaux EC90 et EC120 dans le Tableau 1,
- ajout des valeurs de paramètres effectifs et des valeurs de Amin, ainsi que des principales dimensions des carcasses pour les noyaux EC90 et EC120.

Ta del standarda IEC 62317 določa mere, ki so pomembne za mehansko medsebojno zamenljivost prednostnega razpona EC-jeder, bistvene mere tuljave, ki se uporablja s temi jedri, in vrednosti efektivnih parametrov, ki se uporabljajo pri izračunih, povezanih z jedri. Izbira velikosti jeder za ta standard temelji na načelu vključevanja tistih velikosti, ki se na podlagi vključenosti v nacionalni standard ali vsesplošne uporabe v industriji smatrajo za industrijske velikosti. Za podrobnosti glede načela izbiranja velikosti jeder, ki bodo vključena v standard, glej standard 62317-1.

FOREWORD
1) The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising
all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of IEC is to promote
international co-operation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To
this end and in addition to other activities, IEC publishes International Standards, Technical Specifications,
Technical Reports, Publicly Available Specifications (PAS) and Guides (hereafter referred to as “IEC
Publication(s)”). Their preparation is entrusted to technical committees; any IEC National Committee interested
in the subject dealt with may participate in this preparatory work. International, governmental and non-
