Space sustainability - Space debris mitigation requirements (ISO 24113:2011, modified)

This document defines the primary space debris mitigation requirements applicable to all elements of systems launched into, or passing through, near-Earth space, including launch vehicle orbital stages, operating spacecraft and any objects released as part of normal operations or disposal actions.
The requirements contained in this document are intended to reduce the growth of space debris by ensuring that spacecraft and launch vehicle orbital stages are designed, operated and disposed of in a manner that prevents them from generating debris throughout their orbital lifetime.
This document is the top-level standard in a family of standards addressing debris mitigation. It will be the main interface for the user, bridging between the primary debris mitigation requirements and the lower-level implementation standards that will ensure compliance.
This document does not cover launch phase safety for which specific rules are defined elsewhere.
This document identifies the clauses and requirements modified with respect to ISO 24113, Space systems - Space debris mitigation requirements, Second edition 2011-05-15 for application in ECSS.

Le présent document définit les exigences clés relatives à la réduction des débris spatiaux qui s'appliquent à l'ensemble des éléments des systèmes lancés dans l'espace proche terrestre ou le traversant, y compris l'étage orbital des lanceurs, les engins spatiaux actifs et tous les objets rejetés dans le cadre d'opérations normales ou d'actions de retrait de service.
Les exigences contenues dans le présent document ont pour but de réduire l’augmentation des débris spatiaux en s’assurant que les étages orbitaux des engins spatiaux et des lanceurs sont conçus, exploités et retirés du service de sorte à éviter qu’ils ne génèrent des débris durant leur durée de vie en orbite.
Ce document est la norme de plus haut niveau d’une famille de normes traitant de la réduction des débris. Elle constituera l’interface principale pour l’utilisateur, en assurant la liaison entre les principales exigences de réduction des débris et les normes de mise en oeuvre de niveau inférieur qui assureront la conformité.
Le présent document ne couvre pas la sécurité relative à la phase de lancement, pour laquelle des règles spécifiques sont définies par ailleurs.
Le présent document identifie les articles et les exigences de l’ISO 24113, Systèmes spatiaux - Exigences de mitigation des débris spatiaux, deuxième édition du 15 mai 2011, qui ont été modifiés en vue d'une application dans le cadre de l'ECSS.

Ta dokument opredeljuje prvotne zahteve za zmanjšanje količine vesoljskih odpadkov, ki se uporabljajo za vse elemente sistemov, ki so bili lansirani v blizuzemeljski prostor ali potujejo skozenj, vključno z raketo nosilko v orbiti, delujočim vesoljskim plovilom in katerimi koli predmeti, ki so izvrženi kot del običajnega delovanja ali odstranjevanja.
