This European Standard specifies the requirements for septic tanks assembled in situ from prefabricated kits and ancillary equipment where applicable, used outside buildings for the partial treatment of domestic wastewater for a population up to 50 PT. Pipe sizes, loads, watertightness, marking and evaluation of conformity are specified. This standard does not apply to septic tanks receiving grey water only.

Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Faulgruben, in denen ausschließlich Grauwasser behandelt wird.

EN 12566-4:2016 (E) 4 European foreword This document (EN 12566-4:2016) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 165 “Wastewater engineering”, the secretariat of which is held by DIN. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2017, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by May 2018. Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights. EN 12566-4:2016 (E) 6 1 Scope This European Standard specifies the requirements for septic tanks assembled in situ from prefabricated kits and ancillary equipment where applicable, used outside buildings for the partial treatment of domestic wastewater for a population up to 50 PT. Pipe sizes, loads, watertightness, marking and evaluation of conformity are specified. This European Standard does not apply to septic tanks receiving grey water only. 2 Normative references The following documents, in whole or in part, are normatively referenced in this document and are indispensable for its application. The definition of family takes into account at least similar shape, equipment, materials and conditions of end use and ensures the minimum hydraulic efficiency and minimum structural behaviour for all the products in the range. Note 2 to entry:

EN 12566-4:2016 (E) 7 4 Product characteristics Products according to this standard shall meet the requirements of EN 12566-1:2016, Clause 4. In addition to the specifications of EN 12566-1, elastomeric seals for joints shall conform to EN 681-1, where applicable. Where the product consists of more than one tank, the evaluation of the structural behaviour of the product family shall be carried out according to EN 12566-1 for each different sized tank. Where the product consists of more than one tank, the hydraulic efficiency test shall be done according to EN 12566-1 after assembling the tanks. Pipe connections and ancillary equipment shall be in accordance with the relevant standards. Durability is ensured by the product passing the relevant requirements for each essential characteristic, if they represent the state of the art. 5 Testing, assessment and sampling methods Products according to this standard shall be tested according to EN 12566-1:2016, Clause 5 as relevant. 6 Assessment and verification of constancy of performance – AVCP 6.1 General The compliance of the septic tank with the requirements of this standard and with the performances declared by the manufacturer in the DoP shall be demonstrated by: — determination of the product type; — factory production control by the manufacturer, including product assessment. The manufacturer shall always retain the overall control and shall have the necessary means to take responsibility for the conformity of the product with its declared performance(s). 6.2 Type testing 6.2.1
General All performances related to characteristics included in this standard shall be determined when the manufacturer intends to declare the respective performances unless the standard gives provisions for declaring them without performing tests. (e.g. use of previously existing data, CWFT and conventionally accepted performance). Assessment previously performed in accordance with the provisions of this standard, may be taken into account provided that they were made to the same or a more rigorous test method, under the same AVCP system on the same product or products of similar design, construction and functionality, such that the results are applicable to the product in question. NOTE 1 Same AVCP system means testing by an independent third party, and for reaction to fire under the responsibility of a notified product certification body (only for products covered by system 1+ and 1). For the purposes of assessment, the manufacturer's products may be grouped into families, where it is considered that the results for one or more characteristics from any one product within the product family are representative for that same characteristics for all products within that same family SIST EN 12566-4:2017



EN 12566-4:2016 (E) 8 NOTE 2 Products may be grouped in different families for different characteristics. Reference to the assessment method standards should be made to allow the selection of a suitable representative sample. In addition, the determination of the product type shall be performed for all characteristics included in the standard for which the manufacturer declares the performance: — at the beginning of the production of a new or modified septic tank (unless a member of the same product family); or — at the beginning of a new or modified method of production (where this may affect the declared properties); — or they shall be repeated for the appropriate characteristic(s), whenever a change occurs in the septic tank design, in the raw material or in the supplier of the components, or in the method of production (subject to the definition of a product family), which would affect significantly one or more of the characteristics. Where components are used whose characteristics have already been determined, by the component manufacturer, on the basis of assessment methods of other product standards, these characteristics need not be re-assessed. The specifications of these components shall be documented. Products bearing regulatory marking in accordance with appropriate harmonized European specifications may be presumed to have the performances declared in the DoP, although this does not replace the responsibility on the septic tank manufacturer to ensure that the septic tank as a whole is correctly manufactured and its component products have the declared performance values. 6.2.2
Test samples, testing and compliance criteria The number of samples of septic tank to be tested/assessed shall be in accordance with Table 1. SIST EN 12566-4:2017

EN 12566-4:2016 (E) 10 6.2.3 Test reports The results of the determination of the product type shall be documented in test reports. All test reports shall be retained by the manufacturer for at least 10 years after the last date of production of the septic tank to which they relate. 6.2.4 Shared other party results A manufacturer may use the results of the product type determination (in consistency with this standard) obtained by someone else (e.g. by another manufacturer, as a common service to manufacturers, or by a product developer), to justify his own declaration of performance regarding a product that is manufactured according to the same design (e.g. dimensions) and with raw materials, constituents and manufacturing methods of the same kind, provided that: — the results are known to be valid for products with the same essential characteristics relevant for the product performance; — in addition to any information essential for confirming that the product has such same performances related to specific essential characteristics, the other party who has carried out the determination of the product type concerned or has had it carried out, has expressly accepted1 to transmit to the manufacturer the results and the test report to be used for the latter’s product type determination, as well as information regarding production facilities and the production control process that can be taken into account for FPC; — the manufacturer using other party results accepts to remain responsible for the product having the declared performances and he also: — ensures that the product has the same characteristics relevant for performance as the one that has been subjected to the determination of the product type, and that there are no significant differences with regard to production facilities and the production control process compared to that used for the product that was subjected to the determination of the product type; and — keeps available a copy of the determination of the product type report that also contains the information needed for verifying that the product is manufactured according to the same design and with raw materials, constituents and manufacturing methods of the same kind. 6.2.5 Cascading determination of the product type results For some construction products, there are companies (often called “system houses”) which supply or ensure the supply of, on the basis of an agreement2 some or all of the components to an assembler who then manufactures the finished product (referred to below as the “assembler”) in his factory. Provided that the activities for which such a system house is legally established include manufacturing/assembling of products as the assembled one, the system house may take the responsibility for the determination of the product type regarding one or several essential characteristics of an end product which is subsequently manufactured and/or assembled by other firms in their own factory.

EN 12566-4:2016 (E) 11 When doing so, the system house shall submit an “assembled product” using components manufactured by it or by others, to the determination of the product type and then make the determination of the product type report available to the assemblers, i.e. the actual manufacturer of the product placed on the market. To take into account such a situation, the concept of cascading determination of the product type might be taken into consideration in the technical specification, provided that this concerns characteristics for which either a notified product certification body or a notified test laboratory intervene, as presented below. The determination of the product type report that the system house has obtained with regard to tests carried out by a notified body, and which is supplied to the assemblers, may be used for the regulatory marking purposes without the assembler having to involve again a notified body to undertake the determination of the product type of the essential characteristic(s) that were already tested, provided that: — the assembler manufactures a product which uses the same combination of components (components with the same characteristics), and in the same way, as that for which the system house has obtained the determination of the product type report. If this report is based on a combination of components not representing the final product as to be placed on the market, and/or is not assembled in accordance with the system house’s instruction for assembling the components, the assembler needs to submit his finished product to the determination of the product type; — the system house has notified to the manufacturer the instructions for manufacturing/assembling the product and installation guidance; — the assembler (manufacturer) assumes the responsibility for the correct assembly of the product in accordance with the instructions for manufacturing/assembling the product and installation guidance notified to him by the system house; — the instructions for manufacturing/assembling the product and installation guidance notified to the assembler (manufacturer) by the system house are an integral part of the assembler’s Factory Production Control system and are referred to in the determination of the product type report; — the assembler is able to provide documented evidence that the combination of components he is using, and his way of manufacturing, correspond to the one for which the system house has obtained the determination of the product type report (he needs to keep a copy of the system house’s determination of the product type report); — regardless the possibility of referring, on the basis of the agreement signed with the system house, to the latter’s responsibility and liability under private law, the assembler remains responsible for the product being in compliance with the declared performances, including both the design and the manufacture of the product, which is given when he affixes the regulatory marking on his product. 6.3 Factory production control 6.3.1 General The manufacturer shall establish, document and maintain an FPC system to ensure that the products placed on the market comply with the declared performance of the essential characteristics. The FPC system shall consist of procedures, regular inspections and tests and/or assessments and the use of the results to control raw and other incoming materials or components, equipment, the production process and the product. EN 12566-4:2016 (E) 12 All the elements, requirements and provisions adopted by the manufacturer shall be documented in a systematic manner in the form of written policies and procedures. This factory production control system documentation shall ensure a common understanding of the evaluation of the constancy of performance and enable the achievement of the required product performances and the effective operation of the production control system to be checked. Factory production control therefore brings together operational techniques and all measures allowing maintenance and control of the compliance of the product with the declared performances of the essential characteristics. In case the manufacturer has used shared or cascading product type results, the FPC shall also include the appropriate documentation as foreseen in 6.2.4 and 6.2.5. 6.3.2 Requirements 6.3.2.1 General The manufacturer is responsible for organizing the effective implementation of the FPC system in line with the content of this product standard. Tasks and responsibilities in the production control organization shall be documented and this documentation shall be kept up-to-date. The responsibility, authority and the relationship between personnel that manages, performs or verifies work affecting product constancy, shall be defined. This applies in particular to personnel that need to initiate actions preventing product non-constancies from occurring, actions in case of non-constancies and to identify and register product constancy problems. Personnel performing work affecting the constancy of performance of the product shall be competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skills and experience for which records shall be maintained. In each factory the manufacturer may delegate the action to a person having the necessary authority to: — identify procedures to demonstrate constancy of performance of the product at appropriate stages; — identify and record any instance of non-constancy; — identify procedures to correct instances of non-constancy. The manufacturer shall draw up and keep up-to-date documents defining the factory production control. The manufacturer's documentation and procedures should be appropriate to the product and manufacturing process. The FPC system should achieve an appropriate level of confidence in the constancy of performance of the product. This involves: a) the preparation of documented procedures and instructions relating to factory production control operations, in accordance with the requirements of the technical specification to which reference is made; b) the effective implementation of these procedures and instructions; c) the recording of these operations and their results; d) the use of these results to correct any deviations, repair the effects of such deviations, treat any resulting instances of non-conformity and, if necessary, revise the FPC to rectify the cause of non-constancy of performance. Where subcontracting takes place, the manufacturer shall retain the overall control of the product and ensure that he receives all the information that is necessary to fulfill his responsibilities according to this European standard. prevod evropskega standarda EN 12566-4:2016. V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda
v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski standard v enem izmed treh uradnih jezikov CEN.
Slovensko izdajo standarda je potrdil Strokovni svet SIST za splošno področje standardizacije.

Odločitev za izdajo tega standarda je dne 10. januarja 2017 sprejel Strokovni svet SIST za splošno
področje standardizacije.

Evropski predgovor

Ta dokument (EN 12566-4:2016) je pripravil tehnični odbor CEN/TC 165 "Projektiranje kanalizacijskih
sistemov", katerega sekretariat vodi DIN.

Ta evropski standard mora dobiti status nacionalnega standarda z objavo istovetnega besedila ali z
razglasitvijo najpozneje do februarja 2017, nasprotujoče nacionalne standarde pa je treba razveljaviti
najpozneje do maja 2018.

Opozoriti je treba na možnost, da so lahko nekateri elementi tega dokumenta predmet patentnih pravic.
CEN [in/ali CENELEC] ne prevzema odgovornosti za ugotavljanje posameznih ali vseh takih patentnih
pravic.

Ta dokument nadomešča EN 12566-4:2007.

Ta dokument je bil pripravljen na podlagi mandata, ki sta ga Evropska komisija in Evropsko združenje
za prosto trgovino podelila CEN, in podpira bistvene zahteve direktive (direktiv) EU.

Za povezavo z direktivo(-ami) EU glej informativni dodatek ZA, ki je sestavni del tega dokumenta.

Razlike med to izdajo in EN 12566-4:2007 so predvsem uredniške spremembe v skladu z Uredbo o
gradbenih proizvodih (CPR).

EN 12566.

1 Področje uporabe

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve za montažne greznice, sestavljene na mestu vgradnje (in pomožno
opremo, kjer je to primerno), ki se uporabljajo za delno čiščenje gospodinjske odpadne vode za
obremenitev do 50 PE zunaj stavb. Določeni so velikosti cevi, obremenitve, vodotesnost ter označevanje
in vrednotenje skladnosti.

Ta evropski standard se ne uporablja za greznice, ki sprejemajo izključno sivo vodo.

3 Izrazi in definicije

OPOMBA 1: Definicija družine upošteva najmanj podobno obliko, opremo, materiale in pogoje končne uporabe ter
zagotavlja najmanjšo hidravlično učinkovitost in minimalno obnašanje konstrukcije za vse proizvode v
naboru.
OPOMBA 2: Najnižja raven zmogljivosti (hidravlična učinkovitost in obnašanje konstrukcije) se določi na podlagi
preskusa enega od modelov v družini.

4 Lastnosti proizvoda

Proizvodi morajo skladno s tem standardom izpolnjevati zahteve EN 12566-1:2016, točka 4.

Elastomerna tesnila za spoje morajo biti poleg specifikacij EN 12566-1 skladna z EN 681-1, kjer je to
primerno.

Če proizvod vključuje več kot eno greznico, je treba v skladu z EN 12566-1 vrednotiti obnašanje
konstrukcije družine proizvodov za vsako različno veliko greznico.

Če proizvod vključuje več kot eno greznico, je treba na sestavljeni greznici opraviti preskus hidravlične
učinkovitosti po EN 12566-1.

Cevni priključki in pomožna oprema morajo biti skladni z ustreznimi standardi.

Trajnost zagotavlja proizvod, ki izpolnjuje ustrezne zahteve za vsako bistveno lastnost, kadar te
označujejo tehnični razvoj.

5 Metode preskušanja, ocenjevanja in vzorčenja

Proizvodi morajo biti skladno s tem standardom preskušeni v skladu s standardom EN 12566-1:2016,
točka 5, kot je ustrezno.

6 Ocenjevanje in preverjanje nespremenljivosti lastnosti – AVCP

6.1 Splošno

Skladnost greznice z zahtevami tega standarda in z lastnostmi, ki jih je proizvajalec navedel v izjavi o
lastnostih (DoP), je treba ugotavljati z:

‒ določanjem tipa proizvoda,

‒ kontrolo proizvodnje v obratu, ki jo opravlja proizvajalec, vključno z oceno proizvoda.

Proizvajalec mora vedno imeti nadzor in mora imeti potrebna sredstva, da prevzame odgovornost za
skladnosti proizvoda z navedenimi lastnostmi.

6.2 Tipsko preskušanje

6.2.1 Splošno

Vse ustrezne lastnosti v zvezi z značilnostmi, zajetimi v tem standardu, je treba določiti, preden jih
proizvajalec navede, razen če standard določa navajanje takih lastnosti brez opravljanja preskusov (npr.
pri uporabi obstoječih podatkov, klasifikaciji brez nadaljnjega preskušanja (CWFT) in delovanju,
sprejetem po dogovoru).

Ocenjevanje, ki je bilo predhodno izvedeno v skladu z določili tega standarda, se lahko upošteva, če je
bilo izvedeno za enake ali strožje preskusne metode ter v okviru enakega sistema ocenjevanja in
preverjanja nespremenljivosti lastnosti za enak proizvod ali proizvode s podobno obliko, zasnovo in
funkcionalnostjo, pri čemer so rezultati uporabni za zadevni proizvod.

OPOMBA 1: Enak sistem ocenjevanja in preverjanja nespremenljivosti lastnosti pomeni preskušanje, ki ga neodvisna tretja
oseba izvede za odziv na ogenj in za katerega je odgovoren priglašeni organ za certificiranje proizvodov (samo
za proizvode v okviru sistema 1+ in 1).

Za namene ocenjevanja so lahko proizvodi proizvajalca razvrščeni v družine proizvodov, pri čemer velja,
da so rezultati za eno ali več lastnosti kateregakoli proizvoda v družini proizvodov reprezentativni za te
enake lastnosti pri vseh proizvodih v zadevni družini.

OPOMBA 2: Proizvodi so lahko razvrščeni v različne družine glede na različne lastnosti.

Izbira primernega reprezentativnega vzorca naj se sklicuje na standarde, ki določajo metode za
ocenjevanje.

Poleg tega je treba določiti tip proizvoda za vse lastnosti, ki so vključene v standardu, in za tiste, ki jih
navede proizvajalec:
‒ na začetku proizvodnje nove ali spremenjene greznice (razen če ni članica iste družine proizvodov)
ali

‒ na začetku novega ali spremenjenega postopka proizvodnje (kadar to lahko vpliva na navedene
lastnosti) ali

‒ kadar je treba postopke določitve za ustrezne lastnosti izvesti ponovno, ker so se spremenili
zasnova greznice, surovine ali dobavitelj posameznih sestavnih delov ali proizvodne metode (ki so
predmet določitve družine proizvodov), kar lahko bistveno vpliva na eno ali več lastnosti.

Kadar se uporabljajo sestavni deli, za katere je proizvajalec že določil lastnosti na podlagi metod
ocenjevanja iz drugih standardov za proizvode, teh lastnosti ni treba ponovno oceniti. Specifikacije teh
sestavnih delov morajo biti dokumentirane.

Za proizvode, označene z regulativnimi označbami v skladu z ustreznimi usklajenimi evropskimi
specifikacijami, se lahko domneva, da vključujejo lastnosti, navedene v izjavi o lastnostih, čeprav to ne
nadomešča odgovornosti proizvajalca greznice, da zagotovi, da je greznica kot celota pravilno izdelana
in da imajo njeni sestavni deli navedene vrednosti lastnosti.

6.2.2 Preskusni vzorci, preskušanje in merila skladnosti

Število vzorcev greznice za preskušanje/ocenjevanje mora biti v skladu s preglednico 1.

6.2.3 Poročila o preskusih

Rezultate ugotavljanja tipa proizvoda je treba navesti v poročilih o preskusih. Proizvajalec mora hraniti
vsa poročila o preskusih najmanj 10 let po zadnjem datumu izdelave greznice, na katero se nanašajo.

6.2.4 Rezultati, pridobljeni od tretjih oseb

Proizvajalec lahko uporabi rezultate, ki jih je pri določanju tipa proizvoda (v skladu s tem standardom)
pridobila tretja oseba (na primer drug proizvajalec, v okviru skupnih postopkov proizvajalcev ali
razvijalec proizvoda), kot upravičeno podlago za lastno izjavo o lastnostih v zvezi s proizvodom,
izdelanim v skladu z enako zasnovo (oziroma dimenzijami) ter enakimi surovinami, sestavinami in
proizvodnimi metodami, če:

‒ so rezultati dokazano veljavni za proizvode z enakimi bistvenimi lastnostmi v zvezi z delovanjem
proizvoda;

‒ poleg upoštevanja vseh informacij, bistvenih za potrjevanje, da so taka enaka delovanja povezana
s posebnimi bistvenimi lastnostmi proizvoda, tretja oseba, ki je določila zadevni tip proizvoda ali

naročila izvedbo postopka določanja le-tega, izrecno soglaša, da se proizvajalcu posredujejo
rezultati in poročilo o preskusu, ki ga lahko proizvajalec uporabi za določitev tipa proizvoda, ter
informacije v zvezi s proizvodnimi obrati in nadzorom nad proizvodnimi procesi, ki se lahko
upoštevajo pri kontroli proizvodnje v obratu;

‒ proizvajalec, ki uporablja rezultate tretje osebe, soglaša s tem, da je odgovoren, da ima proizvod
navedene lastnosti, in poleg tega:

‒ zagotavlja, da so lastnosti proizvoda, ki so pomembne za njegovo delovanje, enake kot lastnosti
proizvoda, ki je bil uporabljen v postopku določitve tipa proizvoda, ter da ni bistvenih razlik v
zvezi s proizvodnimi obrati in nadzorom nad proizvodnimi procesi v primerjavi s tistimi, ki so bili
uporabljeni v postopku določitve tipa proizvoda; ter

‒ hrani kopijo poročila o določitvi tipa proizvoda, ki vsebuje informacije, potrebne za potrjevanje,
da je proizvod izdelan v skladu z enako zasnovo ter enakimi surovinami, sestavinami in
proizvodnimi metodami.

6.2.5 Rezultati kaskadne določitve tipa proizvoda

Za nekatere gradbene proizvode obstajajo podjetja (pogosto imenovana "sistemske hiše"), ki na podlagi

dogovora dobavljajo ali zagotavljajo dobavo nekaterih ali vseh sestavnih delov sestavljavcu (v
nadaljevanju: "sestavljavec"), ki nato v svoji tovarni izdela končni proizvod.

Pod pogojem, da dejavnosti, za opravljanje katerih je taka sistemska hiša zakonsko ustanovljena,
vključujejo izdelavo/sestavljanje proizvodov kot sestavljenega proizvoda, lahko sistemska hiša
prevzame odgovornost za določitev tipa proizvoda glede na eno ali več bistvenih lastnosti končnega
proizvoda, ki ga nato izdelajo in/ali sestavijo druga podjetja v svoji tovarni.

Pri tem mora sistemska hiša posredovati "sestavljeni proizvod" z uporabo sestavnih delov, ki jih je
izdelala sama ali so jih izdelali drugi, v postopek določitve tipa proizvoda, nato pa poročilo o določitvi
tipa proizvoda predložiti sestavljavcem, tj. dejanskemu proizvajalcu proizvoda, danega na trg.

V skladu s tem se lahko v tehnični specifikaciji upošteva koncept kaskadne določitve tipa proizvoda pod
pogojem, da se to nanaša na lastnosti, ki spadajo na področje izvajanja ukrepov priglašenega
certifikacijskega organa ali priglašenega preskuševalnega laboratorija, kot je navedeno spodaj.

Poročilo o določitvi tipa proizvoda, ki ga je sistemska hiša pridobila v zvezi s preskusi, ki jih je izvedel
priglašeni organ, in ki je posredovano sestavljavcem, se lahko uporabi za namene predpisanega
označevanja, ne da bi sestavljavec moral ponovno vključiti priglašeni organ, da določi tip proizvoda za
bistvene lastnosti, ki so bile že preskušene, če:

‒ sestavljavec izdela proizvod, ki uporablja enako kombinacijo sestavnih delov (sestavne dele z
enakimi lastnostmi) in na enak način kot proizvod, za katerega je sistemska hiša pridobila poročilo
o določitvi tipa proizvoda. Če to poročilo temelji na kombinaciji sestavnih delov, ki ne predstavljajo
končnega proizvoda, ki bo dan na trg, in/ali niso sestavljeni v skladu z navodili sistemske hiše za
sestavo sestavnih delov, mora sestavljavec svoj končni proizvod posredovati v postopek določitve
tipa proizvoda;

‒ je sistemska hiša proizvajalcu posredovala navodila za izdelavo/sestavo proizvoda in navodila za
vgradnjo;

‒ sestavljavec (proizvajalec) prevzame odgovornost za pravilno sestavo proizvoda v skladu z navodili
za izdelavo/sestavo proizvoda in navodili za vgradnjo, ki mu jih posreduje sistemska hiša;

‒ so navodila za izdelavo/sestavo proizvoda in navodila za vgradnjo, ki jih sistemska hiša posreduje
sestavljavcu (proizvajalcu), sestavni del sistema kontrole proizvodnje v obratu in se nanje sklicuje
poročilo o določitvi tipa proizvoda;

‒ lahko sestavljavec predloži dokumentirane dokaze o tem, da kombinacija uporabljenih sestavnih
delov in uporabljeni način izdelave ustrezata kombinaciji in načinu, za katera je sistemska hiša
pridobila poročilo o določitvi tipa proizvoda (hraniti mora kopijo poročila o določitvi tipa proizvoda
sistemske hiše);

‒ ostane sestavljavec (ne glede na možnost, da se na podlagi dogovora, podpisanega s sistemsko
hišo, sklicuje na njene obveznosti in odgovornosti v skladu z zasebnim pravom) odgovoren za
skladnost proizvoda z navedenimi lastnostmi (vključno z zasnovo in izdelavo proizvoda),
navedenimi ob pritrditvi predpisane oznake na proizvod.

6.3 Kontrola proizvodnje v obratu

6.3.1 Splošno

Proizvajalec mora vzpostaviti, dokumentirati in vzdrževati tak sistem kontrole proizvodnje v obratu, da
bodo proizvodi, dani na trg, skladni z navedenimi bistvenimi lastnostmi delovanja.

Sistem kontrole proizvodnje v obratu mora vključevati postopke, redne preglede in preskuse in/ali
ocenjevanje ter uporabo rezultatov za nadzor surovin in ostalih vhodnih materialov ali komponent,
opreme, proizvodnega procesa in proizvodov.

Vse proizvajalčeve elemente, zahteve in ukrepe je treba sistematično dokumentirati v obliki zapisanih
politik in postopkov.

Ta dokumentacija sistema kontrole proizvodnje v obratu mora zagotoviti splošno razumevanje postopka
vrednotenja nespremenljivosti lastnosti ter omogočiti doseganje zahtevanih lastnosti proizvoda in
preverjanje uspešnosti delovanja sistema kontrole proizvodnje. Kontrola proizvodnje v obratu tako
združuje izvedbene metode ter vse ukrepe, ki omogočajo vzdrževanje skladnosti proizvoda z
navedenimi bistvenimi lastnostmi delovanja in kontrolo nad njo.

Če je proizvajalec uporabil rezultate o tipu proizvoda, pridobljene od tretjih oseb, ali rezultate kaskadne
določitve tipa proizvoda, mora kontrola proizvodnje v obratu vključevati ustrezno dokumentacijo, kot je
predvideno v 6.2.4 in 6.2.5.
