ISO 9073-18:2007 specifies a grab tensile test procedure for determining the breaking strength and elongation of most nonwoven materials. It includes instructions for the testing of wet specimens.
This grab tensile test procedure is applicable for most nonwovens, but is not recommended for nonwovens which have a high percentage of stretch.

Dieses Dokument legt ein Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung der Höchstzugkraft von Vliesstoffen im vorbehandelten bzw. nassen Zustand mit einem Grab-Zugversuch fest.
Dieses Prüfverfahren ist nicht anwendbar für Materialien mit einer hohen Dehnbarkeit. Ein Vergleich der Prüfergebnisse von Zugprüfmaschinen, die nach unterschiedlichen Prinzipien arbeiten, ist nicht anwendbar.
Dieses Dokument legt Verfahren unter Verwendung von Zugprüfgeräten mit konstanter Verformungsgeschwindigkeit (CRE, en: constant rate of specimen extension) fest. Geräte mit konstanter Lastgeschwindigkeit (CRL, en: constant rate of loading) werden in Anerkennung der Tatsache, dass diese Geräte weiterhin verwendet werden und nach Vereinbarung verwendet werden können, zu Informationszwecken in ISO 2062:2009, Anhang A, behandelt.

Nontissés - Méthodes d’essai - Partie 18: Détermination de la résistance à la traction et de l’allongement à la rupture par l’essai d’arrachement par traction (ISO 9073-18:2023)
L'ISO 9073-18:2007 spécifie l'essai de traction à l'arrachement et permet de déterminer la résistance à la rupture et l'allongement de la plupart des matériaux nontissés. Elle inclut des instructions relatives aux essais d'éprouvettes mouillées.
Ce mode opératoire d'essai de traction à l'arrachement est applicable à la plupart des nontissés, mais il est déconseillé pour les nontissés ayant un pourcentage élevé d'allongement.

Standard ISO 9073-18:2007 določa postopek nateznega preskusa za ugotavljanje pretržne sile trdnosti in raztezka ob pretrgu večine netkanih materialov. Vključuje navodila za preskušanje mokrih vzorcev.
Ta postopek nateznega preskusa se uporablja za večino netkanih materialov, vendar pa se ga ne priporoča za netkane materiale, ki imajo visok odstotek raztezanja.

This document (EN ISO 9073-18:2023) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 38
"Textiles" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 248 “Textiles and textile products” the
secretariat of which is held by BSI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by May 2024, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by May 2024.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
