Plastics piping systems for non-pressure drainage and sewerage - Polyester resin concrete (PRC) - Part 2: Manholes and inspection chambers

This European Standard specifies units made from polyester resin concrete (PRC, see 3.1.18), and their joints, for the construction of inspection chambers with inverts not exceeding 2 m deep and for manholes, intended to be used within a drain or sewer system operating without pressure. It applies to products for use outside buildings in buried installations to be installed by open-trench techniques. This document applies to nominal sizes from DN 600 to DN 3000 for chamber rings and shaft rings having a circular shape. The intended use of these products is to provide access to buried drain or sewer systems for the conveyance of wastewater, i.e. sewage and surface water, at temperatures up to 50 °C, without pressure or occasionally at a head of pressure up to 0,5 bar1), and installed in areas subjected to vehicle and/or pedestrian traffic and outside buildings. This standard specifies definitions, requirements and characteristics of units and their joints for the construction of manholes and inspection chambers, of materials, test methods, marking and evaluation of conformity. The units are classified on the basis of its type and the type of structure they are intended to be used.

Dieses Dokument gilt für Bauteile aus Polymerbeton (PRC, siehe 3.1.18) und deren Verbindungen für die Herstellung von Kontrollschächten mit Schachtböden von höchstens 2 m Tiefe sowie für Einsteigschächte, die für die Verwendung in drucklos betriebenen Entwässerungssystemen vorgesehen sind. Sie gilt für Produkte, die für erdverlegte Anwendungen außerhalb von Gebäuden für offene Einbautechniken ausgelegt sind.
Dieses Dokument gilt für Nennweiten von DN 600 bis DN 3000 für kreisförmige Schachtelemente und Schachtringe.
Diese Produkte ermöglichen den Zugang zu erdverlegten Entwässerungssystemen, die für den Transport von Abwasser, z. B. Regen- und Niederschlagswasser bei Temperaturen bis zu 50 °C, drucklos bzw. zeitweise bei einem Druck bis zu 0,5 bar ) verwendet werden und für den Einbau in Bereichen mit Fahrzeug- und/oder Fußgängerverkehr und außerhalb von Gebäuden vorgesehen sind.
ANMERKUNG 1   Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass zutreffende Anforderungen in EN 476 enthalten sind.
In dieser Norm werden Definitionen, Anforderungen und Eigenschaften von Bauteilen und deren Verbin-dungen für die Herstellung von Einsteig- und Kontrollschächten, von Werkstoffen, Prüfverfahren, die Kenn-zeichnung und die Beurteilung der Konformität festgelegt.
Die Bauteile werden auf der Basis ihres Typs und der Struktur für den vorgesehenen Verwendungszweck eingeteilt.

Le présent document spécifie les éléments fabriqués en béton résines polyester (PRC, voir 3.1.18), et leurs
assemblages, pour la construction de boîtes d’inspection et de branchement dont les fils d’eau ne dépassent
pas 2 m de profondeur et pour les regards, destinés à être utilisés dans les branchements et collecteurs
d’assainissement sans pression. Il s’applique aux produits destinés à être utilisés à l’extérieur des bâtiments,
dans des installations enterrées mises en place par les techniques de pose des réseaux en tranchées.
Le présent document s’applique aux éléments de boîte et les éléments de rehausse de forme circulaire dont
les dimensions nominales sont comprises entre DN 600 et DN 3000.
Ces produits sont destinés à fournir un accès aux branchements et collecteurs d’assainissement enterrés
pour le transport des eaux usées, c’est-à-dire les eaux d’assainissement, les eaux pluviales et les eaux de
surface, à des températures allant jusqu’à 50 °C, sans pression ou, occasionnellement, à une pression allant
jusqu’à 0,5 bar1)et à être installés dans des zones soumises à la circulation de véhicules et/ou des piétons, et
à l’extérieur des bâtiments.
