Pipework - Fittings for corrugated metal hoses (ISO 10806:2003)

ISO 10806:2003 specifies the characteristics of fittings for corrugated metal hose conforming with the requirements of ISO 10380.
ISO 10806:2003 is also valid for other fittings provided they meet the material, design, assembly and test requirements specified herein.

Diese Internationale Norm legt die Auslegungsdaten für Anschlussteile für gewellte Metallschläuche nach den Anforderungen in ISO 10380 fest.
Diese Internationale Norm gilt auch für andere Anschlussteile, sofern die in dieser Norm festgelegten Anforde-rungen für Werkstoff, Auslegung, Zusammenbau und Prüfung eingehalten werden.

L'ISO 10806:2003 spécifie les caractéristiques des raccords pour des tuyauteries métalliques flexibles onduleuses conformément aux prescriptions de l'ISO 10380:2003.
L'ISO 10806:2003 est également applicable à d'autres types de raccords dans la mesure où ils respectent les spécifications de matériau, de conception, d'assemblage et d'essai de cette norme.

Foreword
This document (EN ISO 10806:2003) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 5
"Ferrous metal pipes and metallic fittings" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC
342 "Metal hoses, hose assemblies, bellows and expansion joints", the secretariat of which is
held by UNI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of
an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by May 2004, and conflicting national standards
shall be withdrawn at the latest by May 2004.
According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of
the following countries are bound to implement this European Standard: Austria, Belgium, Czech
Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy,
Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and
