Founding - Liquid penetrant testing- Part 1: Sand, gravity die and low pressure die castings

This European Standard specifies a liquid penetrant testing method for castings produced in conventional sand moulds, by gravity and low-pressure die casting, except for investment castings and high-pressure die castings.
This European Standard applies to all cast metals, except copper-tin and/or copper-tin-lead alloy castings, where copper is the major constituent.

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Eindringprüfung an Gussstücken fest, die in herkömmlichen Sand¬formen, nach dem Schwerkraftkokillengießverfahren und Niederdruckkokillengießverfahren hergestellt wurden, mit Ausnahme von Fein- und Druckgussstücken.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt für alle Gusslegierungen mit Ausnahme von Gussstücken aus Kupfer-Zinn- und/oder Kupfer-Zinn-Blei-Legierungen mit Kupfer als Hauptbestandteil.

Fonderie - Contrôle par ressuage - Partie 1: Pièces moulées en sable, en coquille, par gravité et basse pression

La présente Norme européenne spécifie une méthode de contrôle par ressuage des pièces moulées produites dans des moules classiques en sable et dans des moules permanents pour moulage par gravité et basse pression, à l'exception des pièces moulées produites par moulage en cire perdue ou sous pression.
La présente Norme européenne s’applique à tous les métaux moulés, à l'exception des pièces moulées en alliages cuivre-étain et/ou cuivre-étain-plomb où le cuivre est l'élément majoritaire.

Ta evropski standard velja za preskušanje s penetrirno tekočino vseh ulitkov (razen ulitkov iz zlitine bakra in kositra in/ali zlitine bakra, kositra in svinca, kjer je baker glavna sestavina), ki se izdelujejo kot konvencionalni ulitki v pesek, težnostno kokilno uliti ulitki in nizkotlačno uliti ulitki, ne glede na njihov razred in postopek litja, uporabljen pri njihovi izdelavi. Ta standard ne velja za ulitke, narejene s precizijskim litjem in visokotlačnim litjem.
