Conveyor belts - Specification for rubber- or plastics-covered conveyor belts of textile construction for underground mining (ISO 22721:2007)

ISO 22721:2007 specifies requirements for rubber- or plastics-covered conveyor belting of textile construction for underground mining on flat or troughed idlers. It is not applicable to light conveyor belts as described in ISO 21183‑1. ISO 22721:2007 does not include requirements for plastics covers.

Diese Internationale Norm legt Anforderungen an Textilfördergurte mit Gummi- oder Kunststoff-Deckplatten für Anwendungen unter Tage auf geraden oder gemuldeten Rollen fest. Sie gilt nicht für leichte Fördergurte nach ISO 21183-1.
Diese Internationale Norm enthält keine Anforderungen an Kunststoffabdeckungen. Diese müssen zwischen dem Hersteller und dem Käufer unter Berücksichtigung der Art des zu verwendenden Kunststoffs vereinbart werden.
Punkte, die nicht Anforderungen dieser Internationalen Norm darstellen, die aber zwischen Hersteller und Käufer vereinbart werden sollten, sind im informativen Anhang A enthalten.
In Anhang B sind Einzelheiten enthalten, die vom Käufer der Förderanlage zusammen mit einer Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt werden sollten.
Die Fähigkeit eines Gurtes richtungsstabil zu laufen, kann nicht beurteilt werden, solange der Gurt nicht eingebaut ist. Diesbezügliche Anforderungen sind deshalb nicht Teil des Anwendungsbereiches dieser Internationalen Norm, allerdings werden in Anhang C Empfehlungen für die seitliche Drift gegeben.

Elle ne s'applique pas aux courroies transporteuses légères. L'ISO 22721:2007 n'inclut pas les exigences relatives aux revêtements plastiques.

This document (EN ISO 22721:2007) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 188
"Conveyor belts", the secretariat of which is held by BSI, in collaboration with Technical
Committee ISO/TC 41 "Pulleys and belts (including veebelts)".

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of
an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by January 2008, and conflicting national
standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by January 2008.

According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of
