Tanks for transport of dangerous goods - Service equipment - Breather device

This European Standard covers the breather device used to ensure normal tank compartment breathing.
It specifies the performance requirements and the critical dimensions of the breather device. It also specifies the tests necessary to verify compliance of the equipment with this document.
The service equipment specified by this document is suitable for use with liquid petroleum products and other dangerous substances of Class 3 of ADR [1] which have a vapour pressure not exceeding 110 kPa (absolute) at 50 °C and petrol, and which have no sub-classification as toxic or corrosive.

Diese Europäische Norm behandelt die Belüftungseinrichtung zur Sicherstellung der üblichen Ent- und Belüftung des Tankabteils.
Sie legt die Leistungsanforderungen und entscheidenden Maße der Belüftungseinrichtung fest. Sie legt darüber hinaus die erforderlichen Prüfungen zum Nachweis der Übereinstimmung der Ausrüstung mit diesem Dokument fest.
Die in diesem Dokument festgelegte Bedienungsausrüstung ist für die Verwendung mit flüssigen Erdöl-erzeugnissen und anderen gefährlichen Gütern der Klasse 3 des ADR [1] mit einem Dampfdruck bis zu 110 kPa (absolut) bei 50 °C (einschließlich Ottokraftstoff) geeignet, die nicht als giftig oder korrosiv eingestuft sind.

La présente Norme européenne s’applique aux dispositifs de respiration utilisés pour assurer la respiration normale d’un compartiment de citerne.
Elle spécifie les exigences de performance et les dimensions critiques du dispositif de respiration. Les essais nécessaires pour vérifier la conformité des équipements au présent document sont également spécifiés.
L'équipement de service spécifié dans le présent document convient à une utilisation avec des produits pétroliers liquides et autres matières dangereuses de la classe 3 de l’ADR [1] dont la tension de vapeur ne dépasse pas 110 kPa (en pression absolue) à 50 °C (y compris l’essence) et qui n’appartiennent à aucune sous-classification des produits toxiques ou corrosifs.

Ta dokument zajema tlačni in vakuumski oddušnik, ki zagotavlja običajno zračenje predela s cisterno. Določa zahteve glede zmogljivosti in kritične mere tlačnega in vakuumskega oddušnika. Prav tako določa preskuse, potrebne za preverjanje skladnosti opreme s tem dokumentom. Oprema za obratovanje, ki jo določa ta dokument, je primerna za uporabo s tekočimi naftnimi proizvodi in drugimi nevarnimi snovmi kategorije 3 ADR [1], katerih parni tlak ne presega 110 kPa pri 50 °C, ter z motornim bencinom, pri čemer ti niso dodatno opredeljeni kot strupeni ali korozivni.
