Industrial trucks - Safety requirements and verification - Part 1: Supplementary requirements for self-propelled industrial trucks, other than driverless trucks, variable-reach trucks and burden-carrier trucks

This European Standard gives requirements for the types of industrial trucks specified in the scope of EN ISO 3691-1.
This European Standard is intended to be used in conjunction with EN ISO 3691-1. These requirements are supplementary to those stated in EN ISO 3691-1 with the addition of hazards, which can occur when operating in potentially explosive atmospheres.
This European standard covers the following requirements:
•   Electrical requirements
•   Noise emissions
•   Vibration
•   Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
This European standard defines supplementary requirements to EN ISO 3691-1:
•   Travel speed
•   Brakes
•   Travel and breaking controls - Additional operation from alongside pedestrian-controlled and stand-on trucks
•   Lift chains
•   Mast tilt and carriage isolation
•   Operator's seat
•   Protection against crushing, shearing and trapping
•   Visibility
•   Information for use (instruction handbook and marking)
Annex A (informative) contains the list of significant hazards covered by this European Standard.

Sicherheit von Flurförderzeugen - Sicherheitsanforderungen und Verifizierung - Teil 1: Zusätzliche Anforderungen für Motorkraftbetriebene Flurförderzeuge mit Ausnahme von fahrerlosen Flurförderzeugen, Staplern mit veränderlicher Reichweite und Lasten- und Personentransportfahrzeugen

Diese Europäische Norm enthält Anforderungen an die im Anwendungsbereich von EN ISO 3691-1 aufgeführten Flurförderzeugtypen.
Diese Norm muss in Verbindung mit EN ISO 3691-1 angewandt werden. Diese Anforderungen gelten zusätzlich zu denen in EN ISO 3691-1 aufgeführten, mit der Ergänzung der Gefährdungen, welche in potentiell explosiver Umgebung entstehen können.
Diese Europäische Norm deckt die folgenden Anforderungen ab:

-   Geräuschemissionen
-   Schwingungen
-   Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit (EMV)
Diese Europäische Norm definiert ergänzende Anforderungen zu EN ISO 3691-1:

-   Fahr- und Bremsstellteile – Zusätzliches seitliches Bedienen von mitgängergeführten Flurförder-zeugen und Flurförderzeugen mit Standplattform
-   Hubketten
-   Verriegelung der Mastneigung- und Gabelträgerbewegung
-   Fahrersitz
-   Schutz vor quetschen, scheren und fangen
-   Sicht
-   Benutzerinformation (Betriebsanleitung und Kennzeichnung)
Anhang A (informativ) enthält die Liste der signifikanten Gefährdungen, die in dieser Norm behandelt sind.

La présente Norme européenne donne des prescriptions pour les types de chariots de manutention tels que spécifiés dans le domaine d’application de l’EN ISO 3691-1.
La présente Norme européenne est destinée à être utilisée en conjonction avec l’EN ISO 3691-1. Ces prescriptions sont complémentaires à celles énoncées dans l’EN ISO 3691-1 avec l’ajout de prescriptions concernant les risques d’utilisation en atmosphères potentiellement explosives.
La présente Norme européenne couvre les exigences suivantes :

Ta evropski standard podaja zahteve za vrste vozil za talni transport, ki so navedene v okviru standarda prEN ISO 3691-1. Ta evropski standard je treba uporabljati v povezavi s standardom prEN ISO 3691-1. Te zahteve dopolnjujejo zahteve iz standarda prEN ISO 3691-1 in dodatno obravnavajo tveganja, ki se lahko pojavijo pri delovanju v potencialno eksplozivnih atmosferah.
