The present document provides specification of the DEN basic service, which is in support of the RHW application.
More specifically, the present document specifies the syntax and semantics of the "Decentralized Environmental
Notification Message" (DENM) and the DENM protocol handling.
The DEN basic service may be implemented in an vehicle ITS-S, a road side ITS-S, a personal ITS-S or a central
ITS-S.

Inteligentni transportni sistemi - Komunikacija med vozili - Osnovni nabor aplikacij - 3. del: Specifikacije osnovne storitve decentraliziranega okoljskega obveščanja

V tem dokumentu so navedene specifikacije osnovne storitve DEN, ki podpira uporabo RHW.
Natančneje, ta dokument določa skladnjo in semantiko »decentraliziranega okoljskega obveščanja« (DENM) in obdelavo protokola DENM.
Osnovna storitev DEN se lahko izvaja v sistemu ITS-S v vozilu, sistemu ITS-S ob cesti, zasebnem sistemu ITS-S ali centralnem sistemu ITS-S.
